No business plan, just vibes ✨

The first time I ever thought that maybe I could be my own boss I was working late (again) at a PR agency that was toxic af.

My time was being billed out at $150/hour but I was barely making more than minimum wage when you considered the unpaid overtime I put in to stay afloat.

If my bad boss could run a business, surely I could too? Put that whole $150 into my own pocket while also having agency over my time and what work felt like.

That was 12 years ago and since then every career/work/business decision that I have made has been guided by that intuition.

No business plan, just ✨~vibes~✨.

In this week's episode of Personal Business I'm diving into the Slow & Steady lore and talk a bit about the seeds I'm planting for the next chapter.

Until next time, go slow and stay steady.
