Launch results, lessons & one big regret

The Decelerator launch?

Let’s just say… it didn’t go exactly as planned.

Some parts worked beautifully. Others kind of flipped. Sometimes even on the same day! And then there was that one missed opportunity I’m going to be thinking about for a loooong time.

But in this economy, I’m still calling it a win!

This week I’ve been deep in post-mortem mode – digging through survey responses, conversion stats and my launch notes to figure out what to carry forward and what can go straight into the bin.

If you like behind-the-scenes strategy, here’s a short video walking through the good, the bad and many, many ZEROS I encountered on my launch (and I’m not talking about dollars, babe).

Even if you weren’t on the list, this might help you think through your own launches or content plans for Q1.

Or you can flip through the slides right here.

Curious what you’d do differently – or what’s worked for your launches lately? Hit reply, I’d love to talk shop!

Until next time, go slow and stay steady.
